Shohin Bonsai Fair
At fairs held all over the country, we hold open workshops and provide guidance on practical skills such as making small bonsai.
Association certification meeting
We have created an annual event plan including the Shohin Bonsai Exhibition sponsored by the certification association, and instruct beginners to veteran enthusiasts on the practical skills of making Shohin Bonsai, how to decorate it, and how to appreciate it, according to their level.
Certified Lecturer System
The association has established a system of “certified instructors” in order to popularize Shohin Bonsai and develop human resources.
The Certified Instructor Examination Committee strictly examines the instructor’s personality, knowledge of Shohin Bonsai, skills, experience, etc., and certifies qualified instructors as “Certified Instructors.”
As of April 1, 2023, there are 70 certified instructors, and they are teaching the next generation as appropriate.
